Helene Koch works in installation and photography. She often works with the surrounding space as a premise for her interventions - exploring the boundaries between architecture, art and landscape.
In 2017, her work Canvas in Thames was selected for the Saatchi Screen Project at Saatchi Gallery, London.
Recently invited by Center for Architecture, Urbanism and Infrastructure at Princeton University SoA, to lead an Urban Agent Boot Camp in Urban Exploration for students and faculty. http://caui.princeton.edu The Boot Camp explored the nearby townships of Princeton, NJ.
In addition, Helene Koch has taught in Urban Exploration - an external lecture position at DIS Copenhagen from 2015 - 2018. She is appointed external examiner at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Art School of Architecture, and since 2011 she has been associated as guest critic and external examiner at the school of Architecture at Lund University in Sweden. Helene Koch holds a Master in Architecture from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts.
